Porcelain inlays and onlays
More conservative than a crown, stronger than a large filling.
Custom-made porcelain restorations that repair a damaged tooth while keeping more of the natural tooth.
An inlay is a custom restoration in porcelain, gold or composite, made in a laboratory and cemented into the tooth. Dr. Boyajian co-authored a case report on Dicor ceramic inlays and onlays with the WVU Department of Operative Dentistry in 1988, and his first laboratory was West Virginia's first licensed Dicor laboratory.
