Prosthodontics
Full-mouth reconstruction
When many teeth need work, one plan instead of many patches.
Prosthodontics is Dr. Boyajian's specialty: restoring a whole mouth so it looks right, chews comfortably and speaks clearly, planned as one case.
Worn, broken, crowned and re-crowned teeth rarely fail one at a time. Dr. Boyajian trained as a specialist in prosthodontics at the University of Florida precisely for these cases, and he plans them as a whole: the bite, the joints, the gums and the appearance together. "I am aiming for lifelong success, a beautiful smile, comfortable function, and clear phonetics. Success of this magnitude does not come by accident. It must be thoroughly and carefully planned."
Reasons people come in
- Many worn, broken or heavily filled teeth
- Old crowns with gaps at the gum line
- Bite or jaw problems after teeth have shifted
- Missing teeth alongside teeth that need restoring
- A smile that no longer matches your face
What it involves
Step by step.
- 01
Complete examination
Health history, panoramic and full-mouth radiographs, a periodontal and TMJ evaluation, models, bite records and photographs.
- 02
A written plan
The objective of each treatment, the number of visits, the length of each visit and the cost, explained before anything starts.
- 03
Your input
You are a partner in the plan. Questions are answered until it is clear, and you are welcome to seek a second or third opinion.
- 04
Treatment in stages
Restorations are made in the in-house laboratory, so adjustments to shape and shade happen in the same building.
